PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATIONS
· Your e-Mail reservation will guarantee a ( ) days confirmation option, during which you will need to provide us with a copy of your deposit slip.
· Company’s Name / Name of Group / Contact Person / Mobile Number / Tour Package / Tour Date) as a guarantee for the services being booked. Upon receipt of this we will consider the option confirmed. We kindly request that you make your reservation at least seven days before the beginning of the first service.
– Security Deposit is required upon making a reservation. It should be settled until the given option date by the agent. It is non-refundable.
For consolidated group tour book and buy cases full or partial payment is required before Travel Advantage can give booking confirmation.
**Partial Payment is at least 50% of the total package cost.
**Full payment is required if booking has been made less than 2 weeks before departure.
For free and easy packages, customized tour package or hotel only book and buy cases, full payment is required before
Travel Advantage can give booking confirmation.
**Book and buy means traveler needs to guarantee the reservation first by paying partially or in full before traveler can get booking confirmation. Please take note that hotel room availability varies from time to time. As a result, Travel Advantage cannot guarantee booking confirmation even after payment has been made. However, Travel Advantage will exert its best to
find an alternative hotel that meets your requirement, subject to ADHOC (Additional Hotel Charges), if any.

· Gratuities and Tippings to Guide and Driver. (Although “Not” compulsory)
· Anything not expressly mentioned as included.
PENALTIES Every guest reservation is important to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, Please notify us
way ahead of time otherwise below charges should apply:
· Cancellation 45 days before date of requested service: No Penalty.
· Cancellation 31-44 days before date and time of requested service: 25% Penalty
· Cancellation 15-30 days before date and time of requested service: 50% Penalty.
· Cancellation less than 15 days before date and time of requested service: 100% Penalty
